The garden centre consists of its own land of 6.379 square meters, leased grounds of 2.600 square meters and green house space of approximately 2.800 square meters. Legend:
1	Flower-shop with sales greenhouse , garage and storage room of 400 square meters.
2	Residential building on the company site with approximately 140 square meters living space.
3	Newly constructed building with sanitary -, personnel -, office- and work-rooms of approximately 120 square meters. The first floor with a space of also 120 square meters is prepared for the set-up of a Café.
